The client’s brief was to transform their whole floor apartment into an Art Deco luxury residence, maximising space and ceiling height, whilst keeping to the curvature of the iconic Gazebo Tower.
This project required a full level strip out, rectification of existing issues and complete internal rebuild of the high‐level site. This included replacing structural beams to accommodate the significant design change of the apartment’s original layout. Cranes were utilised to install structural steel beams, massive single piece panorama glass panels and custom marble furniture pieces.
Program management and superior attention to detail were vital to the success of this specific project. The imperfect curvature of the building proved a constant challenge in addition to the highly detailed, multi‐faceted finishes across each element of the design.
Agia Projects is incredibly proud of this project, completed with the highest quality, innovation, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
