Proudly raised as the 3rd generation of builders from both sides of his family, Athan is the founder and Managing Director of Agia Projects.
Through spending his childhood on building sites, Athan has since dedicated his career to delivering high-end architectural construction, bespoke joinery and custom metalwork projects.
With 30 years of construction and manufacturing knowledge and experience, Athan has built a strong reputation for ultra-high-end, industry leading projects.
Athan has an ongoing commitment to Agia’s architect and client relationships, through taking great pride in each and every project and unquestionably producing high-quality outcomes. His nurturing of Agia’s growth and success is inspired through empowering, training and developing his team alongside the company’s building and manufacturing capabilities to their highest potential.
Inspired by all elements of design, custom joinery and furniture, Adam works hard to exceed client expectations and deliver superior craftsmanship.
With 24 years of design, carpentry, joinery, custom furniture and project management experience, Adam leads our joinery team as Production Manager.
His extensive fit-out and joinery career comprising of the design, installation and project management of high-end residential, hospitality, retail and commercial projects enable Adam to enforce superior systems and practices ensuring efficient and high-quality outcomes on all projects.
Adam has achieved two Master Builder Awards for managed projects and continues to build his team and production systems to produce immaculate and consistent results for our joinery division.
With an established background in construction estimating, cost planning and contract administration, Jeremy proudly represents Agia as Commercial Manager.
Jeremy’s dedication to Agia is attributed to 17 years of industry experience together with his detailed knowledge of high-end residential project delivery.
Jeremy’s deep understanding to quantity take off, cost planning, feasibilities and contract administration, provides him with an exacting approach to his discipline as an immeasurably powerful resource to our stakeholders.
Jeremy is committed to creating dependable and accurate project outcomes which is invaluable to Agia’s delivery performance and clients.
Born within a multi-generational building background, Justin joins his brothers, Athan and Adam in carrying out his innate family passion as General Manager of Agia.
With 30 years of industry experience, Justin has gained proficiencies in architecture, construction, project management, sustainability consulting and business management.
Justin covers all levels of both client and contractor sides of design through to construction. Justin takes pride in designing and implementing a program of systemisation and modernisation of the business systems at Agia to further refine the delivery and back-end efficiency, whilst better leveraging the experience and expertise of Agia's key staff.
Justin has unique insights and perspectives on all elements of the construction procurement process, which is applied in his approach to achieving successful project outcomes, through hands on assistance and advice at all levels of Agia’s business.
Vincent’s passion for detailed joinery fabrication and metalwork installation is complimented by a strong leadership background running fabrication and installation teams across commercial, hospitality and high-end residential projects.
Vincent has 15 years of industry experience, taking pride in his joinery and metalwork craftsmanship, through his skilled artisanal approach.
Through leading Agia’s joinery and metalwork teams, Vincent transforms architect and client expectations exceedingly. Vincent’s dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and outcomes on all projects from inception, site measure and final installation leads to outstanding project outcomes and supports the growth of Agia’s joinery and metalwork manufacturing processes and capabilities.
Sam is a skilled Project Manager with 13 years of construction and industry experience, with a demonstrated history of delivering high-end residential construction projects throughout his career.
Sam works meticulously and carefully in his planning, team leading and the organisation of his project delivery.
With an eye for detail, focus on team building, emphasis on professional development and passion for upholding client and stakeholder relationships, Sam ensures to maintain strong lines of communication and attention to detail in his Project Management approach.
Paul brings his passion for business development and strategy to Agia, drawing upon 30 years of industry experience as Senior Consultant.
His experience in business development and strategy in the property industry has established a vast, loyal and continuing network, through his dedication to client relationships.
Paul sole founded his first construction company Built Pty Ltd at the age of 26. Paul has since founded and built businesses known for high quality, cutting edge and technically demanding work in residential, commercial, hotel, medical, education, adaptive re-use, retail and hospitality markets.
With extensive and broad industry experience, Paul is dedicated to upholding and creating long-term, meaningful relationship with clients and architects.
