The two-level, 798 square metre penthouse within the coveted Latitude Building, has sprawling views of Sydney Harbour, Harbour Bridge and Luna Park. This special project, designed by Blainey North & Associates, required unparalleled quality and finishes.

This project was exhaustive with tight time constraints, complete strip out and extensive custom joinery throughout, requiring a significant amount of time dedicated to planning. Scheduling the loading and handling of materials as well as sensitively completing the noisy work, minimised impact to residents and enabled superior quality control to ensure the perfected finishes.

The original floor plan was completely overhauled to ensure defined separations between communal and private spaces. A full re-design was implemented within the kitchen, bathrooms and automations with entertainment and climate technology. Living areas were combined and completely opened with stack-back sliding doors to open the extensive balconies taking advantage of the magnificent Sydney views.
